Terry Yapp

Born and raised in Orange County, Terry was involved in numerous extracurricular school activities and various sports through high school and community college. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cal State Long Beach and later earning a Masters of Business Administration degree, Terry worked as a secondary school teacher in the Garden Grove Unified School District and with the cities of Garden Grove and Fountain Valley. In 1976, Terry relocated to south Orange County, to serve as Director of Community Services and Education with the South Orange County Community College District for six years.  Always in pursuit of excellence with a servant-leadership vision, Terry combined his entrepreneurial spirit with an extensive knowledge of Orange County communities to begin his real estate career in the early 1980's. Since then he has successfully helped over 2,300 clients realize their dreams of homeownership and real estate investments since the early 1980's. Once we are all in agreement on features, price and location, the search begins! Terry and his team will be there to guide you through the possibilities until we find the perfect home. Once in escrow, we will use our professional expertise to make certain your escrow proceeds smoothly and cost effectively as practical until the day we hand you the keys to your new dream home.
